The Setting
Morley Under Fives Pre-School is situated on the site of Morley C of E Primary School and operates term time only between 9am and 3pm daily. It is a registered charity and a committee run Pre-School.

Essential Criteria
• Level 3 childcare qualification
• Child protection and First Aid qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures
• Experience of working in an Early Years environment
• Understanding of and commitment to inclusion and how this applies to children, parents and families.

Purpose of Post:
To work as a key person and as part of the pre-school team under the direction of the manager, providing a safe, high quality education and care for young children which meets the individual needs of children attending the setting by:
1. Providing a high standard of emotional, social, intellectual, and physical care for all children in the setting
2. Working as part of a team in order to provide a safe, enabling and stimulating environment, indoors and out, in which all individual children can play, develop and learn
3. Building and maintaining strong partnerships, working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met.
