Nursery Manager

• To start: 19th August 2019
• 37 hours per week
• Term time plus two weeks
• Scale F, Points 12-17 of the Support Staff Salary Scale
• FTE £21,589 - £23,836 per annum
• Pro-rata £18,408 - £20,384 per annum

Angel Road Infant School and Nursery are looking to appoint a dedicated Nursery Manager who can develop, lead and make a difference in our new nursery building. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar management capacity within an early years setting and be dedicated to giving the children the best possible start in life.

We are looking for someone who:
• Demonstrates excellent positive relationships with young children;
• Has a commitment to developing a strong team ethos among staff;
• Is a creative practitioner who follows children’s interests;
• Shows dedication to creating an inspiring learning environment for our children;
• Plans for a child-centred curriculum which is highly individualised to our children’s needs:
• Has experience of OfSTED and of good and outstanding settings;
• Has a good understanding of the Early Years Funding Claims process and excellent organisational skills.
