Nursery Assistant

£8.09 - £8.55 per hour Part time Term Time Only 16-03-2018 Level 2 childcare qualification
Bignold is a happy, inclusive and diverse school based in the centre of Norwich which is part of Diversa Multi Academy Trust. We are looking for a new nursery assistant at Bignold to complement our Early Years Team.


The successful candidate will have:
• A warm, patient, caring personality with a good sense of humour and lots of enthusiasm and passion.
• A secure knowledge of EYFS and how to nurture the best out of every child.
• A thorough understanding on how children are at the centre of their own learning and how adults play a vital, but sensitive role, in ensuring their needs are met by listening, playing and taking action.
• Excellent communication skills in order to foster positive relationships with children, staff and families.
• A resilient personality and a growth mind set when faced with challenges.
• Experience of working within an early years context and qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent Early Years qualification.
