Time Childcare is a 'Not for Profit' 'Charitable Incorporated Organisation' and is led by a Manager and a volunteer trustee team.
Time Childcare is rated 'Good' by Ofsted and we strive to continually enhance our busy setting. We are a pack away setting based in a village hall with extensive outside space.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. We are a friendly preschool team that love to provide a wide range of exciting and challenging experiences, through 'free flow' play and 'planning in the moment' adult led activities that maximise teaching and learning opportunities for all children.
You ideally will need:
- A level 3 early years qualification or higher, or willing to gain qualifications.
- Experience working with children aged from 2 years.
- A sound knowledge and understanding of the EYFS (2021) and the revised non statutory Guidance Birth to 5.
- Experience as a Key Person working with both Parents/carers and supporting children's learning and development.

We have an extensive outside space, so an interest or experience in Forest School practice or practical skills such as gardening would be an advantage.
We actively support and mentor the professional development of members of our team in particular students for Level 3 Early Years Educators (EYE) and to Level 7 Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) . Staff are encouraged to work toward qualifications and attend training sessions to develop their knowledge and skills.
